From 9:30 am, participants are welcomed with a gourmet breakfast featuring freshly brewed coffee, brioche and Christine Ferber’s artisanal jam. This convivial moment introduces the day’s programme before the workshop begins.
After the morning session, an aperitif is served, followed by lunch prepared by the participants themselves. Each dish is paired with carefully selected wines for a complete sensory experience.
